Location: Lake Forest, CA
Pay Rate: $65k-75k
Duration: Direct Placement
Description:
- Work independently to process payments received via check, credit card, wire and ACH in a timely and accurate manner
- Access bank portals to obtain daily electronic payments and apply to customer accounts
- Maintain daily files of all bank lockbox cash receipts wire transmissions and payment registers for audit review
- Provide daily bank deposit reports as needed
- Participate in projects and/or perform other duties as necessary and directed by Manager
- Maintains records by filing invoices, debits, and credits.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and credit line.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
