Nike USA Inc., Memphis, TN. Work closely with the North America Supply Chain senior leadership team, program leaders, and functional leaders in DC Operations, planning, customer service, transportation, and retail. Liaise with cross functional partners across multiple areas within Nike Technical Operations organization. Use analytical, communication skills and abilities to influence strategic decisions with multiple stakeholders to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing strategic network. Assist with the creation of business requirement documents for the creation of new functional reports. Partner across various levels of the organizational teams to develop and support complex data visualization tools. Provide solutions to the business partners for complex business problems through developing new reports and enhancements, promotion of these new reports or enhanced reports into the Cognos production environment. Troubleshoot the Cognos report issues for Multiples Nike Logistics Centers and communicate with stakeholders to fix the production issues, monitor and fix the SQL server issues reported by business, technology operations partners to minimize potential impact to Nike’s business. Utilize ITIL framework for management of incidents, problems, changes and requests. Monitor and resolve incidents, change requests with the Cognos reports, Tableau and SQL servers across multiple Nike Logistics Centers. Investigate and analyze the accuracy of data reported out to the business in Cognos reports and data stores used by business planning partners. Build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Understand the key business drivers. Solve a range of complex problems, analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. Develop, document, and execute strategic plans to drive optimal customer service and profitability. Respond to requests from internal/external customers. Investigate these requests and partner on a solution enabling the effective and efficient distribution of products and services. Interact with all required internal teams, participate in daily stand-ups and priority calls, and work towards the closure of the issues.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include: 

• Oracle SQL Developer;


• ITIL Framework;


• Relational (DB2) NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB and container technologies;


• Software development methodologies;


• Information gathering, information retrieval, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis;


• Cognos Business Intelligence Suite;


• Standard release processes;


• Development and deployment automation tools;


• Operations planning and supply chain management;


• Platform engineering and support for WMS products on IBM ISeries/AS400 and Unix systems;


• SQL database skillsets to build complex SQL queries across multiple WMS platforms;


• Production support related tools, such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management;


• Performance testing, creating test environment, documentation and promotion of reports and scheduling the jobs into the Cognos production environment; and


• BI reporting data.
