AstraZeneca US Medical Affairs Oncology is looking for a highly qualified and experienced continuing education-professional to support our medical education strategy and outcomes performance. Reporting to the Head of US Medical Excellence, the successful candidate will develop and execute AstraZeneca's USMA-led efforts to identify new or emerging approaches to assessment of impact of continuing medical education programs. What you'll doIn collaboration with US Medical Affairs leadership, the medical franchise teams and the Medical Education Grants Office (MEGO), this position will:Develop and lead evolved ways of working across the organization and develop benchmarks and metrics for AZ-supported medical education programs.Identify new education capabilities, including outlining core education objectives and mapping format competencies to tacticsDevelop and implement plans to disseminate research results at professional conferences and manuscriptsContinuously identify opportunities for process improvementMaintain familiarity with current industry practices and regulatory requirements and guidelines that affect medical education and outcomes researchWhat you needBachelor's or Master's degree with a focus in research, healthcare, clinical, statistics, data science, or related field3-5 years of related experience in healthcare, education-related research, or in certified medical education.
