Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the General Manager in running a mid to high volume restaurant
Bar Management
Ensure policies are upheld through regular checking and updated log books
Direct hosts, servers, and bussers
Greet guests, handle questions or concerns, refer complex issues to direct supervisor
Work with the management team in maintenance and upkeep of the unit
Inventory / ordering / receiving
Other tasks as assigned to ensure compliant, smooth operations, including some BOH responsibilities.
Qualifications
:
Candidates should have at least 2-4 years experience as a manager, P&L skills, product knowledge, some computer skills, excellent employee and customer service skills.
Must be employed in restaurants or recently unemployed (1-2 months out) with solid reference from previous employer
