The Channel Technical Services Engineer team at Apple works with our reseller and managed service partners to help ensure their ability to deliver on the promise of the Apple platform in Enterprise and have the resources and knowledge to meet our mutual customer s needs. We tackle technical and business problems with our partners to ensure success for both Apple and its customers. We provide both technical sales and service delivery consultations to ensure our partners are prepared to deliver best-in-class Apple practices and solutions for Enterprise customers at scale, with the goal of transforming the way people work.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsThe best candidates will have strong Apple technical backgrounds (8 + years) and able to explain complex problems in simplified terms, tailored to their audience, at all levels of the business.Experience building and managing a strong group of technical Solutions Architects and ability to establish strong services partner relationships through enablement, advocacy, empathy and maintaining those relationships through close collaboration and communication.IT Services Leadership and / or Services sales consultation experience.You have experience with evaluating complex IT enterprise environments (Security, SSO, Zero Trust) and how to integrate Apple devices in those.You can demonstrate and architect a best-in-class practice that deploys and manages Apple at scale in Enterprise.You ensure that our customers understand Apple s position on Security and Privacy and realize the benefits of security that is built in, not bolted on.Candidate must be able to work well in collaborative environments to build, deliver, and communicate technical solutions that differentiate Apple Products and services for our customers and partners.DescriptionDescriptionAs an Apple Technical Services Engineer you will influence a team of trusted Technical Solutions Architects experts on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation and Apple platform integration into complex IT environments. We are accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of solutions with an understanding of customers and partners critical initiatives. We deeply understand our customers and partners businesses and technical ambitions. We help remove technical barriers and friction points, and improve customer readiness for our platform. We build new standard methodologies and share them. We are subject matter experts - we consult on the most innovative and groundbreaking solutions for business through the use of our platform and technologies. We build strategic plans with Apple s and our partner s sales, engineering, product marketing and quality teams. We lead complex architecture, development, and deployment conversations. At Apple, we obsess over how people experience our products and services. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $126,000 and $189,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
