Work you'll do As a Sr Manager within our team you will: Lead the Financial Reporting & Analytics team and serve as the primary business partner for the GPS Enabling areas. Responsible for leading, training and developing a team of onshore and offshore professionals. Work with various stakeholders throughout the business to develop, deliver, and continuously improve value add financial KPI reporting Manage the long term/annual plan and forecast process for the Enabling Areas, present results to various levels of GPS and Firm leadership Participate in analyses to drive efficiency within the EAs and G&A rates Serve as the primary liaison with and manage relationships with firmwide supporting service centers Work to improve existing firm financial processes with the incorporation of predictive analytics, automation, or other new technologies Respond to wide array of ad hoc reporting requests, requiring the understanding of multiple financial concepts and reporting tools Support federal compliance reporting and DCAA audit requests Participate in strategy development and planning, facilitate the long-term financial planning process and develop metrics to monitor the performance against strategic objectives Support the business in protecting, growing and optimizing the assets of the Firm Support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives Continuously improve FP&A's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by leading internal change initiatives as part of the FP&A team The Team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related subject 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm Minimum 2 year of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis Must be able work with a team that is based in east coast time Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.' A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,575 to $174,295.
